Barnardsville is a small town that lies just north of Asheville. It has a population of 1,647 and posesses some of the most majestic landscapes in Buncombe County. Nearby access to I-26 makes it possible to access to all of the amenities found in the city of Asheville in only 20-30 minutes.


Biltmore Forest, NC
Biltmore Forest is located just south of Downtown Asheville and adjacent to the Biltmore Estate. . It is part of the Asheville Metropolitan Statistical Area. It has been Designated a Historic District and has many stately homes. Biltmore Forest has it's own private Golf Course, Police Department and Post Office.


Biltmore Lake, NC
Biltmore Lake is located 10 minutes South West of Downtown Asheville on a 62-acres lake at your back door. Black Mountain, NC
Black Mountain is a quaint, artsy town 15 minutes east of Asheville, only 3 Exits away on I-40. It has it's own municipal golf course, swimming pool, and tennis courts as well as many good restaurants and shopping. Black Mountain is a good place to find a home with spectacular mountain views.




Burnsville, NC
Burnsville is a town in Yancey County, with over 100 miles of hiking trails and plenty of back roads to explore by bicycle, motorcycle or car. The Mountain Air community has it's own Golf Course and Airstrip for private airplanes.


Enka-Candler, NC
Enka-Candler is just 10 minutes southwest of downtown Asheville. Because it lies fairly close to where I-40 and I-26 intersects, it is very convenient to all the area offers. The area has many affordable homes and has an open feeling with long range views.


Fairview, NC
Fairview, North Carolina is located 12 minutes southeast of Asheville. Convenient to shopping, and amenities, there are also several picturesque valleys and mountaintops. Route 74A offers access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the route to Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and Bat Cave. The western section of Fairview has great horse properties and even a ranch with long-horned cattle!


Flat Rock, NC
