Arden, NC
Arden is located a few minutes south of Asheville and has convenient shopping, a large multiplex cinema, and many other amenities. It lies close to I-26 and Rt. 25 (Hendersonville Hwy) allowing easy access to all the Asheville has to offer.

 

Asheville, NC

Barnardsville, NC
Barnardsville is a small town that lies just north of Asheville. It has a population of 1,647 and posesses some of the most majestic landscapes in Buncombe County. Nearby access to I-26 makes it possible to access to all of the amenities found in the city of Asheville in only 20-30 minutes.

 

Biltmore Forest, NC
Biltmore Forest is located just south of Downtown Asheville and adjacent to the Biltmore Estate. . It is part of the Asheville Metropolitan Statistical Area. It has been Designated a Historic District and has many stately homes. Biltmore Forest has it's own private Golf Course, Police Department and Post Office.

 

Biltmore Lake, NC
Biltmore Lake is located 10 minutes South West of Downtown Asheville on a 62-acres lake at your back door. Set within 1,300 awe-inspiring acres it offers hiking, great views and 500 families make their homes there. Biltmore Lake offers upscale designer homes and a wide range of amenities that will fit any lifestyle.

 

Black Mountain, NC
Black Mountain is a quaint, artsy town 15 minutes east of Asheville, only 3 Exits away on I-40. It has it's own municipal golf course, swimming pool, and tennis courts as well as many good restaurants and shopping. Black Mountain is a good place to find a home with spectacular mountain views.

 

 

 

Burnsville, NC
Burnsville is a town in Yancey County, with over 100 miles of hiking trails and plenty of back roads to explore by bicycle, motorcycle or car. The Mountain Air community has it's own Golf Course and Airstrip for private airplanes.

 

Enka-Candler, NC
Enka-Candler is just 10 minutes southwest of downtown Asheville. Because it lies fairly close to where I-40 and I-26 intersects, it is very convenient to all the area offers. The area has many affordable homes and has an open feeling with long range views.

 

Fairview, NC
Fairview, North Carolina is located 12 minutes southeast of Asheville. Convenient to shopping, and amenities, there are also several picturesque valleys and mountaintops. Route 74A offers access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the route to Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and Bat Cave. The western section of Fairview has great horse properties and even a ranch with long-horned cattle!

 

Flat Rock, NC
From beginning as a gathering place for the Cherokee on the great flat rock to its establishment as a village in 1807 by wealthy Charlestonians, Flat Rock has always made a great destination. Nicknamed "Little Charleston of the Mountains," Flat Rock is now home to poets, playwrights, artists and entrepreneurs who invite you to explore Flat Rock and the surrounding area.

 

Fletcher, NC
Fletcher is located 15 minutes south between Asheville and Hendersonville in the northern portion of Henderson County. It is convenient to shopping and has easy access to Asheville Regional Airport and I-26.

 

Hendersonville, NC

Hendersonville is located 22 miles south of Asheville, NC on a plateau with an altitude of 2200 feet above sea level. Leicester, NC
Leicester (LES-tər) is an unincorporated community west of Asheville, with amazing farmland, several picturesque valleys and mountaintops with big beautiful views. Leicester is only 15 minutes to downtown Asheville and a perfect spot for those wishing to "have some space".

 

Marshall, NC
The Town of Marshall is nestled in the beautiful mountains of Madison County on the banks of the French Broad River. Only a 30 minute drive to downtown Asheville, Marshall is home to a burgeoning arts community, while retaining it's rural community feel.

 

Mars Hill, NC
Mars Hill is a town located in southern Madison Couunty, just north of Asheville's Buncombe County, but still only 30 minutes from downtown. It's an area known for its picturesque setting and home to Mars Hill College and Wolf Laurel Ski Resort.

 

Weaverville, NC
Weaverville is located 10 miles north of Asheville. The photo shows the historical downtown area of this quaint small town. Lake Louise is a public park just minutes from downtown Weaverville.
